Materail : Natural Rubber

Size 3 rubber soccer ,  dia is 17.8 cm ,  packing 60 pcs/ carton , carton is 50*29*33 = 0.048 CBM

Size 4 rubber soccer , dia is 20.4 cm , packing 50 pcs / carton , carton is 50*29*33 = 0.048 CBM

Size 5 rubber soccer ,  dia is 21.6 cm , packing 50 pcs / carton , carton is 50*30*35 = 0.0525 CBM

Each ball with a net bag , an air needle and a pp bag .

Produce course :

1. The bladder department : We make the bladder which means the inside item of the rubber soccer by ourself . First , we change the thick rubber into thin pieces , then use a machine cut into a special shape , the add air , use high temperture and pressure to make the bladder , Last , we will add the air into the bladder , put them there for 48 hours , to check if it has leakage .

2. The ball department : We pick up the good bladder , then entwine the good line outside of the bladder , the line can protect the ball , if you don't add the line ourside the ball , when you add too much air into the ball , the ball will broken ....... then we stick the rubber skin ourside of the line- bladder , then accross the high temperture and pressure to make the ball .  We have special worker to check quanlity during all the produce course .

3. The packing room : We will clean each ball , and check the leakage again . then pick up the good ball to let the air out , and put into the carton .

4. The warehouse : We have big warehouse to put your goods , and waiting for your container .
